3 ‘moles’ in a line on nose

I’ve had the bigger one for as long as I can remember, but more recently I’ve noticed 2 more smaller ones appear next to it in a line. They’re skin coloured, don’t hurt but can occasionally itch.
As far as I know, I’ve shown my GP in the past and they haven’t been concerned. I just hate them now though(always have!) especially now there’s a family of them!
any ideas what they could be? Would a doctor remove them or would I need to go private?

This is interesting as I think my moles grow along lines too! But with years between them appearing. Same colour/shape. I've thought about having mine removed but haven't got any further. It would def be private according to my GP.

In some places the nhs offers a skin clinic where you can have them removed for much cheaper than at a true private clinic. Google nhs skin clinic.

My sympathies, OP. I had a mole on my nose but I paid to get it removed - worth every penny, I felt better about myself after having it removed, I wonder if they would charge you per mole or could you negotiate a price? they really aren't very big at all. I have to say that everyone said I looked no different post-removal but I much preferred my nose mole-free.

These have definitely appeared in order, years apart.
