I’m talking about public appointments (e.g. Chair/NED of a public body, appointed by Ministers)
The person specification on some of them are so vague - they have me thinking ‘yep, I tick all those boxes’ but I absolutely am not qualified, I’m sure (even after account for women’s inclination not to shoot high).
What level of experience do you ACTUALLY need for these roles? Are you supposed to just know that you’re only meant to apply if you’re a Baroness? Assuming you need prior board experience but this isn’t mentioned.
