Please help my toddler won’t sleep past 1am in her own bed, but settles quickly once she comes in my bed. How can I get her to stay in her bed?

If she settles quickly in your bed, what's the problem?

Mine used to wake at 1pm and bounce about until about 4am/5am.

How old are they?

Co-sleep until she grows out if it. She needs the security you provide and the more secure she feels, the more independence she’ll gain. For the sake of your own sleep and her comfort, just let her come to your bed.
