Fully agree. Some people have ruined it for us all! I like to acknowledge witty posts when I read one.

One this morning that said something like ‘I didn’t expect to find the centre of the universe on mumsnet but here we are’ made me laugh out loud and I felt that needed to be acknowledged. Sadly, I had to say ‘’Agree’ and hope the writer knew I really meant 😆.

MN worked brilliantly for years and years - with absolutely loads of brilliant comedy - before those stupid reactions were brought in.

I miss it. Its disappearance has completely ruined an excellent thread of mine where we are all utterly hilarious

But who wants to see loads of reposts of the same line with 😆 😆😆 underneath?

Maybe a better option would be enable ‘reactions’ like you do a vote. Best of both worlds.
