Sold something for £1. Its turned up completely broken.
Buyer has clicked ‘not as significantly described’
Dont care about the £1 so happy to refund. But will this affect the algorithm? My sales?
If so what am I supposed to do. Opening this as a dispute over £1 is ridiculous. Wish they had clicked the other button!
