Im now on Day 5, still sticking with it but finding it difficult. I was also in a bad lifestyle cycle of overeating every day and procrastination.
Ive already lost 8 pounds, but I’m not in a great place today mood wise. However instead of giving in, I’ve written down what’s bothering me and worrying me about the future - it helps to get it to down on paper.
I remind myself I’m doing this for the person I love and am so glad I’ve stuck with it ❤️🙌
