I mentioned that I’d started a diet /exercise plan after suffering with my mental health and I’ve received lovely support from some of you on here so thank you. ❤️
Just wanted to say I’m finding it hard today. I was tempted to give in - it’s a strict diet calorie wise by the way.
I didn’t give in though - cos I told myself this would only make things worse - it would make me feel worse.
Before starting my diet last Thursday, I was eating big all day Fry Ups and a fairly large Yorkie Easter egg EVERY Day!!
Also drinking large, calorific cafe lattes.
I’m now sitting on my bed with the empty Easter Egg boxes. But you know what ? I’m proud of them, in a way. They reflect my life how it was BEFORE I started my diet on Thurs 29th May NOT NOW!!!!!
So just to say I’m on Day 3 - I’m doing this for someone I love and feeling good for having stuck to my new regime. 💪
