I bought tickets ages ago to see him in Newcastle tonight (may have been wine involved) worth noting I live down south (bad drunk me)

Bought through see tickets so delisted for sale. They turned that off a couple of days ago, no notification and now have zero chance of getting them sold as can only transfer to other see tickets users.

Bit grumpy as bought them over a year ago and forgot about them.

Also the venue can’t re release the tickets (I called and asked them) so there’ll be a row of 6 empty seat in an otherwise sold out show.

Arse!

Not really an AIBU but if anyone with a see tickets account wants some tickets to a strangely attractive tall funny man drop me a line and I’ll try and transfer them to you.

Did they all go & was he has wonderful as we expected him to be?

I went with my dp.

Just on the way home.

He was fabulous, very funny and very tall.

Had told the op that I’d cock my leg up by his tree trunk 🤣🤣🤣

Apparently he’s on prostate meds so yanking his nuts wasn’t an option 🤣

I was up in the Gods when i saw him a few weeks ago, I'm really jealous of you having front row seats - I also have a mid-life crush on him

Couldn’t have had better seats to be honest. Because of the seating arrangement, I was literally right on the end but mid stage (strange configuration but fab for me!) so lots of eye contact and smiles. But I was with my husband so storming the stage and clinging to him was not an option. 🤷‍♀️

Great endings to the story!
(not that I’m doubting the veracity, it was gripping to see this take place - casting aside the disappointment of not being able to go myself, obvs)
