I’ve suffered appalling mental health lately with binge eating but want to pull myself out of it for the sake of someone I love. I’m proud to say yesterday was my first successful day not binge eating and I feel much better physically as well as psychologically today.

Weighed myself yesterday am 13stone 12 as I’m a woman of 5ft 1 inches tall !!

Want to start gentle exercise and drinking more water today

Thanks to everyone who’s supported me. I thought I’d post as this is an INCREDIBLY hard cycle to break I think !! So good luck everyone facing the same !

I’m doing it for him 🙌

Good on you. It'll be hard but take it day by day... Minute by minute if you have to. You can do this.

Any weight you don't like will simply melt away if you stick to not binging, but of course that shouldn't be a priority. Prioritise feeling great. Enjoy the sun and go for nice walks!!

Well done!
I also have poor mental health and binge eating disorder plus various digestive issues and autism.
I recently gave all my issues and restrictions info to chat GPT and asked it to write me a meal plan where I can gently lose weight but not be hungry or ill. It has totally surpassed my expectations. It is also very good at emotional support and encouragement through the process.
