To be worried about Blakely clothing returns?

Was planning to buy quite a few things in their sale to try as not sure if will suit me and return what I don't want.

But on Trustpilot some of their reviews about returns process look awful! Is it just a case that only the few who have a bad experience post or is it best to steer away -

Does anyone have personal experiences of doing returns for a refund with Blakely clothing?

Yes I’ve returned items and bought lots as recent as last month - no issues.

I had a really good experience with them. My hoody. Some of the lettering cracked and they sent me a brand new one of my choice (not the same) free and I didn’t have to return the other.
