Take the car back - AIBU?

Car on finance - collected 3 weeks ago.
In those 3 weeks, it has been in twice already to be fixed.

Person 1 wants to keep the car as 'they like it'. It's a really nice car and in our price range.

Person 2 wants to take the car back and get a different one as they feel this is the start of many problems.

Who is BU?

Depends on what has had to be fixed tbh.

FWIW I had a brand new car on lease that practically lived back at the dealership for repairs (mainly software related) during the first 3 months that we had it. All very frustrating and I did consider asking for my money back and finding a new car. We persevered and had it for nearly 4 years after that - never gave us any trouble again!
