When offered a property on Home-Link, what are the next steps?

When offered a property on Home-Link, what do they next steps tend to be? I have not yet received a tenancy. Please see screenshot for more details after my council contacted the housing association of newly offered property as they had not yet let me know a let date. It has a lot of works that need doing but ideally I'd move in sooner rather than later as I already like the look of the property plus I'm fleeing DV and harassment where I am.

Financial assessment, but, if the property is empty, very quick after that

Financial assessment, but, if the property is empty, very quick after that

The thing is a lady did a very brief financial assessment and basically told me it's fine if I don't have all the rent in advance, but that was ages ago (a month ago) before the viewing on the 12th of May, and she was not the main lady dealing with my case. Also, I have not received a tenancy. The main lady is back in today from a 2 week leave. I'm wondering if I should immediately ask her about an estimated to let date as she herself has said she will inform me but has not. The to let date of the 9th of June came from the housing association of the new property but was reported to my current housing officer who is in a different city so differenr council obviously (the property is an hour away in a differenr city). Where I am now is so isolated I cannot get employment so I need to know when the to let date is. Even if they just say which month I'll be able to move in to this new property, preferably from the lady dealing with my case in this new property. Am I being impatient? The property looked empty - there was no furniture and one of the garden plants ontop of the fence had grown quite a bit. However it is a small property with one small room, a hall (no living room) and I'm wondering if people are actually still living there because: Initially when I tried to rearrange the viewing, she told me that ideally the viewing would be Monday because she has other viewings that day and so she said she has 'asked the workmen to leave during that time'. She also contradicted herself: She said it is a long way away from her home but after the viewing she said she hasn't got far to drive home. She also made it seem like there was no other option but to have the viewing on Monday and I'm surprised that the other viewings were arranged before mine considering the fact that the property stated 'offered to you' on Home-Link. Thank you so much for your reply. Just want to move ASAP so I can be free of the evil people where I am, free of the fear and real threat of violence and assault, and free of the daily harassment I experience here as well as able to finally get employment, healthcare etc after so much time of fleeing DV and financial abuse or trying to. Please pray for me for a speedy move-in date. 🙏 My plan at the moment is to wait to hear from her since she has just got back from leave today and if she doesn't respond then follow it up tomorrow? I hope they don't think I'm harassing, I'm just confused about whether I need the full rent or not since this lady herself hasn't said anything.
