so we have a friend who has been accused serval times for sex offences but mothing comes off it now he has to fill in a form or be arrested and has to inform police if he has sex 24’hrs before hand .as i have grandchildren how do i find out if he has done anything to anyone
any legal advice please

Why is he still a friend? Is he on the Sex Offenders register or excluded from contact?

So he has to tell the police 24 hours before he has sex??

Do you know what he's actually been accused of OP? Only the fact he has to tell the police 24 hours BEFORE he plans to have sex, indicates to me that he's been accused of rape, in which case I would like to think that your grandchildren are safe, unless of course they are teenagers. Having said that though, why you want to have any contact with someone who's been accused of sex crimes?

I'm assuming he is being given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order

You might be able to do a Sarah's law request

And it might still be rape or sexual assault who told you this?
