I saw the name Rosalie and I really like it there is a place called Roseisle and it means alot. I like the middle names Delia after her great nan.

Thoughts guys? I really like it but also maybe it's bit to old fashioned.

Rosalie Delia Tolson

Love the name Rosalie, but for me personally the whole name together sounds a bit too much and doesn’t really roll off the tongue easily.

Goandygo · 24/05/2025 13:26

I love it.

Calliopespa · 24/05/2025 13:26

I think it’s pretty and quite unusual while still being classic and not the sort of thing that will raise any eyebrows.

Rosalie is lovely. If it has meaning to you then definitely go for it. A well-chosen name I’d say!

UnhappyHobbit · 24/05/2025 19:06

Absolutely beautiful!

ZeldaFighter · 24/05/2025 19:07

Rosalie is beautiful and was on my list but no baby girls here! I personally wouldn't pair it with Delia as I think the sounds are too similar though x

Springadorable · 24/05/2025 19:07

It's a bit of a mouthful when all said together but how often does that happen. Rosalie is lovely.

Thewalrusandthecarpenter · 24/05/2025 19:52

Rosalie Tolson is what you’ll hear most and that’s lovely. Middle names are rarely used aloud in real life.

How are you pronouncing Rosalie?
Rozer-lee
Rozer-lie
Rosa-lee
Rosa-lie

Are you OK with it being shortened to Rose or Rosa?

I don't think the two go together that well

GiddyCrab · 24/05/2025 21:12

Beautiful choice.

Nursemumma92 · 24/05/2025 21:15

Beautiful, love it!

LlynTegid · 24/05/2025 21:17

Would your DD have to be spelling it out to a lot of people over her life? Something to consider.

mathanxiety · 24/05/2025 22:11

Rosalie Delia is a gorgeous name.

Rosalie is lovely but I don’t think it goes with Delia.
