I feel like I have been constantly at the doctors the past few months with UTI’s sciatica etc but the past few nights I have been waking up absolutely drenched and feeling sick, I also have a pain just below my right rib when I breathe in deeply and it is tender to touch. I have an appointment with my GP today but what could this be? I have honestly never felt so ill and worried that my GP will think I am a hypochondriac or something as I have been about 3 times in 2 months!!

Put the hypochondria thoughts out of your head, doctors are paid to check ailments.

I'd ask them for a list of what it could be, and also could there be any link to your other recent issues.

The thing with pain there is it could be something (gallbladder, lungs) or nothing (bumped rib), so getting checked is the right course.

It’s the sweating, nausea etc that is making me think it’s an infection. It does seem to be my gallbladder when I looked at the location of it on Google ha!
