Hi,
anyone else had a MC and then fell pregnant but not yet excited? I find myself going hours without even thinking about it. Only 5 weeks.

I’m five weeks pregnant as well!

I’ve had a MMC before and found it hard to get excited in my next pregnancy, and also in this current one, as I know things can go wrong. I didn’t believe it would happen until my baby was literally in my arms.

I think it’s natural after loss to be a bit more guarded with your feelings.

im scared that my subconscious is preparing me for worse. I’ve been getting some slight pain in lower abdomen and thigh which could be normal but I had similar last time. I had a MMC. Found out at 8 weeks; stopped growing 5 weeks

It’s completely normal to be anxious in pregnancy especially after a loss. I had some bleeding at almost 11 weeks went for scan and things were not progressing and a week later miscarried. I already had 2 children but was afraid would happen again so almost didn’t want to try again. But a few months later was pregnant again and so anxious that would end badly but had a healthy baby. They not to let your fears take over but equally it’s normal to be worried.
