Help please. We live in a garden flat in a small block 3 stories high. The flats above have balconies. A neighbour on the top floor hung a fat ball bird feeder on the edge of their balcony. Unfortunately bird poo from birds visiting the feeder dropped down, landing on our garden furniture where we sit. Raising this, although we were told they enjoyed seeing birds around the feeder, the feeder was taken down - but now one designed for small birds to feed from has been hung in its place, and the mess of poo and fat ball droppings (albeit smaller piles of poo) has started again. AIBU in asking for this new bird feeder to be moved, hung from a fitting that's over their balcony, or taken down?
