Commuting to westminster...where to move?

We need to move and i am feeling overwhelmed by the options.
We will be renting, budget is £2500pcm.
Looking for 3 beds, 2 baths
Within 1 hour commute of Westminster
Could be within London or further out
Have a toddler, so excellent schools and some green space is a priority for me.
Don't want to get a car so it would be good if schools, shops are within walking distance.

Any suggestions.
So far I've been thinking blackheath/Greenwich.
But am considering anything at this point

Thanks

I'd have a look at options on train lines that come into Victoria, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Vauxhall. All of these are walkable to Westminster, and gives you plenty of options.

I don’t think your budget will get you much in Greenwich? Watching with interest as rents round here are nuts!!

2.5k won't get you 3 beds in London, have a look at bromley, beckenham, Orpington, Sevenoaks which have trains to Victoria which is a easy journey onto Westminster.

I'd go somewhere with trains to Waterloo. Surrey or north Hampshire like Petersfield, Havant at a push.

Agree with this. Eg Woking is good value for money - you will easily get a 3 bed at that price and the commute into Waterloo is quick. And there are some nice areas for schools and with green areas eg horsell.
