To change my holiday? Advice please

Booked to go to Menorca from 8th - 15th October. However I am worrying about the weather and thinking about changing it. Would the canaries be better? I have never been to either. Please could I have some advice on where the weather will be best at that time of year?

Tenerife is certainly usually pretty warm at that time of year - usually about 25 degrees when we go mid October.
Menorca might be warm then, certainly pleasant, but it’s a lot less predictable in October.

It’s likely to be warmer in the canaries and less likely to be rainy… but nowhere is guaranteed, it’s colder in Spain than the U.K. now!

If you can change it tbh I would Canaries much more likely to be warmer than Menorca I’ve been a couple of times mid/late September to Menorca weather was very variable & quite chilly in the evenings.

I’ve winged Majorca twice at that time of year and I wouldn’t go again. Very mixed including some serious storms! Canaries much better but even though they still have weird weather these days with these floods they keep getting.

Greek Islands (southern ones) / Cyprus / Turkey would be best bet

Greece is always warm in October. We always have two weeks in Rhodes & it's usually 25 - 30 degrees

A couple of years ago we went to kos in October and it was bloody freezing. Really windy as well so wouldn’t want to chance it again, although Rhodes may be nicer
