Cant get their embedded audio description to turn off. Is anyone ekse having the same problem?

What are you watching it on? Smart tv, phone, laptop etc? If you've got access to another device try it on that so you can narrow down whether it's the show/all4 at fault or something on the device

Ooh, good idea. I’ll have a go on my phone - am using Roku stick on a smart TV

We had this problem with our Roku trying to watch Taskmaster. No obvious way to turn it off.
If you find out let me know!

Ive been having the same problem! I got rid of it in the end. I think I pressed * then Accessibility & language, Audio track, then select 'other'

I tried the accessibility for both to Roku and my tv - didng do anything.

Ended up watching it on my phone - no issues there.

It's in accessibility - I can't quite remember the name, but can check later if you can't find it. It's possibly something to do with 'audio track', it says 'English', you want it to say 'other'.

Our All4 now defaults to audio description, it's really annoying and vaguely unsettling!

Yes exactly the same with us. As the PP says, on the roku press the star button, go to accessibility and language, then audio track, then change from English to Other.
