Laundry detergents not what they used to be

All these new and improved versions and yet I find myself having to pretreat on a more regular basis especially for under arm odours.

I switch brands regularly and go between powder & pods and I just find them all crap. I've a pain in my arse with laundry.

I just add some dettol laundry sanitiser which seems to work. Anything really bad I would soak first with it
persil bio seems to work well (the powder)

I have switched to Bio after yearsof Non Bio and find it so much better .

I sure they took all, or pretty much all the stain remover out of bio powder years ago, hence all the separate powder stain removers that appeared on the market in quick succession.

Try a different antiperspirant?

Are you washing hot enough?

Whites with any bodily fluids on them really need a 60 degree wash with bio powder or detergent to get them clean. The compare and contrast between 40 degrees with non-bio and 60 degrees bio is unbelievable.

If colours are very dirty, I'll sometimes do a 40 degree with bio and then wash again with non-bio.

Also for whites, bio powder is the best version because they can suspend bleaching agents in powder in a way that can't be done with the same effectiveness in liquid or pods.
