Hello I have a shed in the garden which would look great with a little window box on (it has a fake window)
It's too thin to attach screws to - is there such a thing as a stick on window box for a few little flowers?

You might be best running a batten along the inside of the shed and screwing right through the shed wall into that, rather than trying to get glue to hold outdoors through all the different seasons/humidity.

Windowboxes get heavy, glue won't hold that. As above, screw through into wood on the other side.

Can you do hanging baskets from the roof instead, but hang low on chains?

You could get a plant theatre (tiered shelves) or a narrow raised bed.

window boxes are heavy - soil + watering. They wouldn’t hold with glue.

You can also get poles or stands to suspend hanging baskets from

You can get plant pots you can secure to walls etc. you could get a few of these (less heavy than a full windowbox)
