I’ve got another sore throat , I had a throat infection a few months ago and it hasn’t been right since then. It just feels off, wierd iykwim. This morning I’ve woken up and it’s soooooo painful again. I’ve coughed up this now twice , do you think it’s worth a hospital trip?

GP or walk in centre- keep one of these tissues in a sealed bag to show the medic

I'm not a doctor, but with your symptoms I'd say they are tonsil stones.

I don’t have tonsils I had them removed when I was younger
