If you suspected or knew a business or person was evading reporting income (as opposed to tax avoidance, which is legal) would you report them to HMRC / Fraud?
It seems that a number or people would not report suspected benefit fraud. "The amount lost to the UK by benefit fraud is a drop in the ocean compared to that list due to tax evasion". Or " it's family, innit?"
Cash in hand? Not necessarily fraud but .... A business open one night a week but owner has large display of wealth, etc etc
