Halfords Handirack Inflatable Roof Bars

I have been looking at these inflatable roof bars for a while and can't decide if I trust it or not.

I was about to order it for our camping trip and have now seen a review that says it scratched someones car roof.

Aibu? It is only one review? Should I just go for it?

We use them. They work well, but you need to be careful to pump them to the right pressure - if you overdo it then they can split under load. The way the straps go through is a bit inconvenient as well, but at the end of the day, if that's your only choice for a roofrack, they are good enough for the job.
