Please recommend sleep ear plugs that can play music

Upping my ear plug game to block out snoring. I’ve discovered that some ear plugs can connect wirelessly to the phone so I could play white noise directly into my ears at night. This sounds amazing! Unlike headphones, the ear plugs are flat for side sleeping and have a soft plastic inner bit that operates like a seal to block out other noises. The ones I’ve seen only have 4-6hr charge though which isn’t long enough. Please can you recommend me some?

For sleeping, I’d recommend something like this over earbuds - much more comfortable (I find plugs worn for several hours make my outer ears painful) and won’t dig into your ears if you’re a side sleeper: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Headphones-Bluetooth-ultra-thin-Traveling-Relaxation/dp/B09DNZNL7D?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A191NMMQMR7MMU&gQT=1

Other brands are available, but mine was just a cheaper one like this and it’s great.

Soundcore do some - sleep a20. You can either play your own music via Bluetooth or can play the white noise options in the app.

I have these and I really like them. They aren't cheap but they are a mini piece of heaven. I tend to select sounds from the Soundcore 'library' rather than listen to my own music but you can do either as the pp said.

Thank you all!

I’ve tried the snooze band before and it didn’t click with me for some reason - I’m going to dig it out again though and try that it, I forgot I had one.

thank you for the ear bud recommendation- that looks perfect. It’s a bit pricey but I’m getting to the point where the price of my sanity for a good nights sleep is worth it.
We don’t have a spare room / bed so I need to find a way of blocking noise out.

Thanks again!
