I am selling something on there currently. Among the ridiculous offers, requests for free delivery, and time wasters, my favourite message so far has been:

"Ur lowest???"

That was the entire message.

Please tell me your funniest/most unhinged FB marketplace messages or tales!

My first time using it offer was 400 less than advertised got me deleted. No idea how or why with me being a newbie to all this selling online.

I tried giving away a ton of lovely foil balloons left over from a party.

Only got two responses...one was a typical 'no Show', the other one was much better. He didn't actually want the balloons, he offered me £100 to send a video of my naked feet popping them!! 🤣Okay then!!

I'd be quite tempted for 100 quid tbh 😆

Local woman saying yes to everything I was giving away. She would then say she couldn't collect it. About five times.

I then saw her asking for a free lawn mower ( must be petrol)
Free garden furniture ( must seat 8 and be glass topped)
BBQ but must be gas.

Like ordering from a catalogue. I was half expecting to see her asking for a free car but must be no more than two years old.

I gave up giving away things on FB after that.

Yeah, I've had blokes rubbing their thighs messaging me asking if the trainers I'm selling have been worn <boak>
