AIBU to ask for some creative celebration ideas?

I’m turning 40 soon. I want to have some sort of celebration with my friends, and maybe family (lots of us have young kids, so it either needs to be young child friendly, or kid free). I’d like to do something a bit unusual, a friend of mine had a Viking themed party and burned a model wooden Viking boat to symbolise the death of her youth (lol!). I don’t want to do exactly that but I love the idea of something other than just food or drinks. Hit me with some inspiration please!

Go on holiday instead

Me and DH went to Vegas and the theme for our trip was “Whiskey and Rollercoasters 🎢 “. We had a blast and did ride all the rollercoasters there.

so maybe think of something you like or aspire to and see if you can then tie it to age instead of the other way around
