Michael Gregers “How Not To Die” cookbook
and his latest “How Not To Age” cookbook?

I have the first one, and before I consider paying for the latest one, I’d like to know if there are enough differences to make it worthwhile…

Thanks
to anyone that answers

He may be adding to his collection but not sure if there is any difference to be honest.

Personally think that growing old and dying is unavoidable, regardless of what you do. Its all down to genetics and how well you look after yourself.

He too will die, regardless of how well he writes on this subject.

I get what your saying, but for me I want to be as capable as I can be as I age.
so longevity is fine, as long as I can be satisfied with my abilities, and not to be a burden to my loved ones.

Anyway, my post was to find out (if possible) if his latest cookbook was different enough to consider buying.

I don’t suppose many people can know, coz if this new book is only just recently available, how can it be compared to the first book?

Hmmm- me clutching at straws 🤦‍♀️
