Hello, I found out a week ago that I am pregnant . Since then I am terrified . I am googling everything, worrying about any twinge or pain. I don’t have specific symptoms , some women have morning sickness but I haven’t . Is that bad? I’m 33 with first baby .

Stay off Google. I had pregnancy anxiety from the moment I found out and it was awful. Twinges and little pains are all completely normal, my sickness didn’t kick in until week 8 but not everybody gets sick (if you’re lucky)
try and enjoy your pregnancy and congratulations 🤍

Sorry , you think the worst don’t you . From you can’t eat that to why do I feel that and why don’t I feel that . Thank you

Stop googling! Many women have no symptoms early in pregnancy. As said, the sickness doesn’t kick in till later if you’re going to get it. Just focus on educating yourself about pregnancy, eg what foods to avoid, and stop googling for problems. Rest, relax, eat well, sleep well - and congratulations 😊

With both of mine sickness kicked in literally over night at about 6 and a half weeks. Your very early, most women don't even feel pregnant at this stage.

Congratulations, OP! Totally normal but all you can do is try to settle into it as there's not a lot you can control at this point outside the official guidance (i.e. avoiding certain foods/drink and being careful about certain illnesses etc.). 5 weeks is early for any symptoms as others have said, and some people never get morning sickness at all.

The only pregnancy symptom I had was a bump
and a bit of acid reflux! Relax….no two pregnancies are the same so chances of you having a ‘textbook google’ pregnancy are basically zero. Don’t stress yourself out

I think a lot of us have done this- worrying and
googling and worrying some more. Regarding the morning sickness- makes no difference to your baby’s health whether you get it or not. I’ve had 3 healthy babies and each one different experiences with morning sickness- the last pregnancy it was horrendous. I know you want to feel pregnant but careful what you wish for.

Congratulations!
