Question about blue badge parking

My friend has a blue badge and I’m driving her out for the day today. I am just wondering if we can park using the badge and timer clock set to 3 hours in the area I’ve pictured below? Or whether we still have to adhere to the one hour limit.

You get an extra hour as a blue badge holder.

So I can only park there for 2 hours , not 3 if I set the clock timer thing that comes with the badge to the time we arrived and it says 3 hours on it.

This is what it says on our council website so I’m trying to work it out.

So to me that reads as unlimited unless a designated disabled bay where the restrictions apply

It looks like unlimited time in usual parking bays, even where there is a time restriction. The disabled bays have time limits and won’t be extended by the use of a blue badge.
