To hate the phrase "pro-life"?

Bit of a TAAT - but I do find that phrase actually quite offensive. The people who hold the views associated with that phrase have really done a number on us.

I think if anyone uses it they should always be corrected. "You mean anti-choice?"

How could dictating someone else's medical treatment be pro anything?

Absolutely. Pro lifers ironically also seems to be pro guns, pro capital punishment and anti environmental protectionist. So not that pro life.

I watched a tiktok of this political comedian going round a pro-life rally asking the participants if they would sign partition to give free hot meals at school for kids. Only 7 signed it and the rest were very upset and angry.

I'm just glad I had my fainting couch to hand.
