My child at school app

My daughters school uses this app for pretty much everything, looking through I saw that I have a level 3 priority attached to my name. Does anyone know what that means? Thanks

I’m a priority 1 on my son’s. I’m a lone parent and there isn’t anybody else to contact. Do you have others listed?
