Should I have to move jobs

Teach in what used to be a lovely grammar school. Respectful pupils and a strong academic focus. Since our long term head (think thirty years of service) left, we have had successive replacements and as a result, behaviour and standards have dropped, dramatically.
I have continued on trying to keep things going but it has been very hard. I also live in the local area and only in the last five years have I had pupils shouting at me in the street. Today I was walking with my five year old and a group of pupils were shouting my name very loudly and rudely. My daughter was startled by their behaviour. I will address this after Easter break with those involved but this type of behaviour is symptomatic of whole school decline in standards and I feel that after 15 years in the same school, I may have to look at other jobs.

Bad leadership can ruin the atmosphere of a school. What a horrible situation. I deliberately picked a school a good hour's drive away to reduce my risk of seeing the little darlings out and about 😂

I say look for pastures new. Good teachers are gold dust at the moment, and you don't need to tank your mental health dealing with behaviour like that during your holiday!
