Please someone reassure me about FETs or just hit me with your best tips because I’m spiraling a little. I’m about to go into my first FET with a euploid, previously I’ve had a miscarriage from an untested fresh transfer. All I read online is how many FETs fail, how despite the stats being 90% chance of it working within the first 3 FETs with a euploid so many people have failures…
I’ll take literally anything — what worked for you, what didn’t, diet stuff, how to stay sane, stats, mindset tricks, rituals, full moon dances, whatever. I’m all ears.
Quick backstory: unexplained infertility after trying for 2 years, I’m 30, one child born in 2022 (conceived naturally, vaginal delivery), one miscarriage mid-2024 from an untested fresh transfer. We’ve got 10 euploids on ice but don’t want to waste any of them.
Testing-wise: sperm stuff, DNA frag, hycosy, AMH, thyroid (on levothyroxine), uterine microbiome, progesterone levels, a million hormone panels and scans — I’m basically a medical mystery at this point.
Just looking for hope or something practical to hang onto right now.
