Has anyone found one that works/they'd recommend? Thanks.

I tried it years ago, I am quite old! But didn't find that it completely worked.

However now on HRT and mirtazapine and feel like I think regular person does! (I take HRT continually,.ie. don't have one week off to bleed).

So having an anxiety med might also help?

Yoga, daily walk, gratitude journal, not having alcohol, healthy diet and having a good amount of sleep also help. Being kind to myself and looking after myself better than years ago.

Hope the above gives you a few thoughts.

Yasmin is supposed to be good for people with anxiety. But not if you have orthostatic intolerance like POTs.

Not a contraceptive but Sertraline really helped my PMDD. 2 weeks on (before period), 2 weeks off (stop on the day your period comes). Obviously under the advice of your doc. Very tiny dose. Works very differently than when being used for anxiety/depression - I felt better very quickly whereas for anxiety and depression it usually takes a month or 2 to start working.
Life changing!
