they never seem to highlight the number murdering scumbags who want to escape the consequences for their Heinous actions in male suicide week do they?

Poor poor woman

Andrew and Dawn Searle smile for the camera while standing outside - she is wearing a blue top with her arms stretched out wide, while he has a grey jacket/top on and is also smiling.

Death of British couple in France treated as murder-suicide

The bodies of Andrew and Dawn Searle, who previously lived in East Lothian, were found at their home near Toulouse.

Only some men suffer with their mh in silence 🙄

The rest of them make their woman suffer, and they do so out fucking loud.

May she rest in peace. May he rot in hell.

UnderHisEeyore · 03/04/2025 18:14

Much safer as a woman to live alone. Too many men think of their wives as their property.

TomatoSandwiches · 03/04/2025 18:15

Horrible murdering bastard.

DearBee · 03/04/2025 18:29

The language is all so passive. As though it's something that just happened to her.

Why isn't it explicitly stated? As 'police believe he murdered her' or words to that effect.

Staceysmum2025 · 03/04/2025 18:31

And the usual commentary he must have snapped, had a psychological breakdown, they both must have been murdered by an intruder 🙄

The number of women dying from the actions of a man whether her husband or not is shocking.
Such cowards wouldn't do.it to another man.

Mumofteenandtween · 03/04/2025 18:42

My first thought on reading “British Couple’s death ruled murder- suicide” was “I bet I know which way round it was.”

What is really shocking is that nowhere in the entire article do they state clearly that she did not commit a crime. That she was the murder victim. Yes - you can work it out by how they both died. But nobody has actually said it.

So all you, have is a headline which gives her a 50:50 chance of being a murderer. (Except we all know it was always going to be the man who was the murderer.)

UnderHisEeyore · 03/04/2025 18:46

I bet the kids are thanking their lucky stars they were old enough to move out or it would be all of them too no doubt. At least there are survivors this time.

Swiftie1878 · 03/04/2025 18:47

I had read about their deaths, but no more.
Im so sad and horrified that this is what happened. Their poor family 😢
