DD was 5 in November

Shes been off today, temp, flushed face, not really eating much and has said her teeth hurt. Shes ASD and whilst talks sometimes gets confused.

Ive looked in her mouth and found this. It’s quite swollen where a molar would be. Does this look like a 6 year molar? I do have really bad health anxiety and I unnecessarily worry.

Thank you

It’s her 2nd set of molars I think

Yeah OP it's normal for gums to swell before the teeth come through.

Anxiety is a shit, so have some flowers anyway 💐

Yes, the first molars of the permanent teeth ( the ‘sixes’) come through behind the baby molars, and usually do not need the baby teeth to be shed before they erupt. So this looks normal.
