Hi all, looking for some advice. I work in a care home and have become aware of a colleague accessing gpconnect to "check up on" former residents. They have also given us information regarding the former residents current health. When questioned whether they should be doing this, they said "it's fine, I do it all the time" and "the managers know and have no issues with it". I know this isn't on, but don't know how to report it, or who to. I definitely don't trust the management within our company to investigate this properly.
