To get back in bed?

I have a day off, DC at school, DH working... I got up to dress the DC, give them breakfast and take them to school and had a bit of a very light tidy up.

The only thing I need to do today is go to the shops to return something but even that can wait.

Would I be unreasonable to put my pyjamas on and get back in bed for a bit and read my book or watch TV? It feels very lazy since I am up and dressed!

Do it!

In fact, you have an obligation to do it for everyone of us that cant

Enjoy every second. Time alone and in bed is precious

Im having a similar morning, have put a limit on it though, at 10.15 going to shift my carcass and empty the dishwasher then go do the big shop. Do it OP, indulge yourself!

To be honest as tempting as it sounds, I’ve always found in reality it never feels the same. Once I’m up I’m up for the day, doesn’t mean I wouldn’t put comfy clothes on and veg out on the sofa with a good book or rubbish tv

You've persuaded me (as if I needed persuasion)

I'm in bed and it's even better than I imagined

Well done!
It really is the little things that do you good.
Must get on.
