I've lost my boobs

exhaustedandwholly · 29/03/2025 19:53

I've lost 4 stone and I've completely lost my boobs - I mean I haven't even got a handful. I tried on a dress I purchased last year hoping to fit into it once I lost weight and I genuinely look like a boy. It's just nipples. I also have one boob much larger than the other and it now looks even more prominent. I'm seriously debating getting a fat transfer into my boobs just to even them out and perk them a little. Any advice will be appreciated 🤣

You're lucky: no matter how much weight I lose, my huge matronly norks never get any smaller and in fact look worse if the rest of me is slimmer. Be glad about it is my advice.

SwanOfThoseThings · 29/03/2025 19:58

And congrats on the weight loss 👑

SleepingisanArt · 29/03/2025 20:02

I'm happy to donate some of mine! Plenty to go around (and I've always hated having big books and even when I was much slimmer they were still big).

Coffeeisnecessary · 29/03/2025 20:04

Same happened to me, I put the weight back on as I didn't feel like me (and I have no self control!)

JaneJeffer · 29/03/2025 20:07

Get a well padded bra

MakingPlans2025 · 29/03/2025 20:08

Same. I've lost five stone and mine are like tiny deflated balloons. Gonna save up for surgery.

Princesspollyyy · 29/03/2025 20:10

I’ve lost 4 stone, I didn’t have a massive chest to begin with, and mine are a lot smaller now, but I honestly think it’s looks better than having a massive chest. I just prefer the overall look and feel my figure is much more athletic now. I wouldn’t have that with big boobs.

if it bothers you then just wear a padded bra.

5128gap · 29/03/2025 20:11

You can always add up top OP. There's a myriad of options from chicken fillets to maximiser bras. I bought one from Amazon that promised two cup sizes and looked like a 16th century serving wench doing a Dolly Parton tribute act.

MakingPlans2025 · 29/03/2025 20:14

Padded bras don't help when you take your clothes off tho....

Cucy · 29/03/2025 20:21

This is one of the bad things about losing weight quickly but you are 4 stone down and that’s amazing!!

I assume only you and 1 other person sees your boobs but everyone sees your weight loss.

For now get a padded bra and carry on losing weight until you reach your goal weight.

After about a year after reaching your goal weight you may find that your boobs have evened out a bit.

exhaustedandwholly · 29/03/2025 22:52

Thanks everyone! I'm absolutely gutted. I've never been big busted anyway, was only a B but now I'm an A cup. Never been bothered by my boobs but I looked awful in my dress. I'm down to 8 stone (was 12 stone) so I'm slim and no boobs. Also lost my bum... Argh!

Huh, I wish I could send you some of mine. They just make me look big and ungainly whatever size I actually am. Would much rather have small boobs than large. And don’t get me started on the big-boob tax that is prices for decent bras.

I like big books and I cannot lie

I'd say live with it for now, it's early days and your body has changed shape so settle in to the new you first (well done on the weight loss!!!). My boobs are eternally huge and I'd kill to be an A cup and not have to wear giant thick strapped bras (which are very ageing). If you still feel the same in a year's time then maybe consider a small breast enhancement, but it's a decision to be considered over time. I'm too worried about general anaesthetic to go for a reduction.

MoominMai · 29/03/2025 23:22

Firstly congrats on your weight loss! Secondly, honestly focus on the positives of your smaller boobs. No back problems or out of control swinging going on 😅. I had a breast reduction in my late 20s as despite losing a ton of weight my breasts still were huge and hung v low. It really affected my self esteem and though I had great surgery at the Nuffield with no complications or infections. It did leave me with higher up nipples and as I’ve aged they look a little worse. But I’m still glad I did it as overall it’s changed my life having them up where they should be and they’ve remained pretty full always. You only live once and if after a few months it still bothers you I’d recommend doing your research and getting surgery if after trying less invasive you’re not so happy. As a bonus good for you though on your achievements as regardless of what your body looks like, I imagine it’s a healthier one than your previous one!

Tagyoureit · 29/03/2025 23:25

I hear you!!

I've lost weight and now my boobs are even flatter than before! If I could afford a boob job, I'd do it tomorrow!

Poppyseeds79 · 29/03/2025 23:30

Are you exercising OP? Swimming and targeted pecs, back, shoulder exercises may help build the muscle underneath which can help your breasts look firmer.

Tropicalturnip · 29/03/2025 23:34

I've had 2 fried eggs all my life, the only time I had proper boobs was when I was pregnant/ breastfeeding, then after that they went back to fried eggs but saggy ones this time!

I have generally always worn padded bras to give me a bit of shape which I think makes me look nicer. But lately I have started to give less fucks and I do often just wear sports bras or crop tops because they're comfier and this is just what I look like - and I'm enjoying my non boobs a lot more tbh!

That being said, can't say I've never considered a boob job either 🤣 so I do understand. I have wonderbra type bras for special occasions where I want to have some cleavage!

gillefc82 · 29/03/2025 23:40

I’m a size 8-10 but with naturally big boobs since the age of 14/15. At their biggest I was 32G but they’ve now settled at a 32E.

When I was younger and they were full and perky I wasn’t so resentful of their size, despite having to accept there would always be certain dresses and tops that I would never be able to pull off without looking either matronly or overly booby.

I’m now 43 and for the past few years they’ve been making a slow and steady descent towards my navel, losing their fullness and shape and I’ve been considering if a boob lift would be worth doing. My Mum, whose ample chest I inherited, had a reduction circa 20 years ago and she says it’s the best thing she did.

Here in solidarity from a fellow disgruntled breast bearer! 😂

Edited - typo.

Richandstrange · 29/03/2025 23:50

We always want the opposite of what we have OP! I have big boobs and hips/bum and have always wished I was Kate Moss skinny and flat chested Blush I guarantee there will be loads of women envious of your new figure, it's a shame we can't all just make peace with how we look really.

Keepingongoing · 30/03/2025 13:49

From the information you’ve given, it sounds like you are at the bottom of the range for a healthy bmi unless you’re under 5 feet tall.

I’m quite concerned that you’ve lost both your boobs and your bum. Would you consider letting yourself gain a little weight?

PrincessHoneysuckle · 30/03/2025 14:50

I got a boob job after I had dc.Best money I've spent tbh.
