I used to be thankful that my delivery was coming with DPD - we had a regular driver in our village and we could rely on the delivery coming… recently have had issues with the (one of many new) drivers just not coming and today actually arriving but not pressing our doorbelll just standing there looking at his phone then snapping a photo of my property and leaving with my parcel! we have cctv so have this on video.
Failed delivery on Amazon due to no access!!! Tried calling DPD but they said the driver has fulfilled his obligations… awaiting Amazon now sorting it out as it’s down for Monday now which just isn’t great! So am I being unreasonable kicking up a fuss with DPD and any pointers in achieving this please!
