Just noticed this on my finger. It's sore to touch and wondering if its a splinter but it's weird it's quite round no?

Looks like a wart. You can get stuff in a pharmacy.

Looks just like a thorn that I’ve currently got stuck in my finger! I’ve got magnesium sulphate paste on it atm to draw it out.
