I fear that there is no one left who would challenge/enforce/prosecute this as would've happened before. Patel is now in charge of the FBI and is a Trump loyalist, the courts are untested and also seem mostly loyal, this won't be a departure point for anyone who voted for him (it's not a surprise to anyone, this is what they voted for), so they can just ride it out (it's not as though any of them have any shame and would resign).
They might make Waltz fall on his sword, as he was the one who allegedly added Goldberg into the chat, but he is only the tip of the iceberg in relation to this problem (are we expected to believe this is the one and only time it's happened. There will be no paper trail or accountability for this administration, the messages are deletable and disappearing)
