Hi has anyone has this issue before with trip advisor (or the business being reviewed) deleting their (negative) review of somewhere?
I left a detailed review of a pub I visited and after it had been on line for a few days it was taken down. The pub had replied to my review and the review met all the criteria stated in trip advisors t&cs. During the past few weeks I have tried to leave more reviews (one at a time) both negative and positive and they show pending for a while then disappear, during this time I have noticed that other negative reviews have been removed from this one business page. I have been allowed to post to other businesses with no issues at all.
aibu to think that tripadvisor should be unbiased and that negative reviews should be allowed to stay posted (as long as they aren’t rude/inappropriate) I’m actually gutted as I used to use tripadvisor to plan all my holidays but now wonder what else has been removed!
