Trying to sell a book, read it once, published last year. The prices offered by online book sellers are terrible!!! Music magpie....48 pence, world of books £1.48 !!! Tried Facebook marketplace but I'm waiting for them to approve my age 😂😂😂😂 I'm 56 😂😂😂does anyone else think the price is very low on the resale sites?

Probably to resell at a car boot

When I've had boxes of books at car boot sales they almost never sell, even in good condition and very cheap. Mine go to charity shops/community libraries/friends these days (although I do sell collectibles).

I think ebay would be best- although prob less than you’d want.

I love Vinted because I can buy lots of cheap books for dc. I resell them back for similar when we are finished, so I can buy more.

Better to donate to Oxfam. Modern paperbacks are hardly collectible

Scanned a load of books on music magpie recently, many they didn’t want , those they did were 9p to about £1 at best, just gave them to charity shop in the end , not worth sending for the couple of pounds they offered
