Does anyone know how holiday accrual works whilst on mat leave?

I took a year off and am not returning as they are unable to adapt my working hours to part time which is fair enough. I need to email my boss for my P45 so thought I would mention the holiday pay, if I’d be entitled to any.
Has anyone been in this situation? Would I be due any holiday pay which has accrued whilst on mat leave? I didn’t get maternity pay from my employer, instead I was on the government’s maternity allowance if that makes any difference. TIA

You accrue annual leave as normal during your maternity leave, as long as you were still employed.

Did you submit your resignation toward the end of your maternity leave?

You should be due holiday pay that accrued while you were on maternity leave.

If you took a full year maternity you will have a full years holiday pay to come. Not sure re Bank holidays but I think you get those too.
