I use my feet quite a lot, so I don't plan on selling them!

CNDflag · 21/03/2025 15:35

Ugh.. feet <shudder>

Puyyt · 21/03/2025 15:36

My local petshop sells pigs feet?

Doggymummar · 21/03/2025 15:37

I see it on Vinted, usually a picture of a high heel with a fishnet stockings in it saying message me for more pictures. I think they get kicked off pretty quick tho.

Trotters!

I’m guessing you mean photos of feet?

It made big money in 2017. It’s a bit past it now. I suspect some people still make money from it but most are going to be doing very niche things for the money now.

A friend of mine used to sell feet photos, plus her worn shoes and socks. She did nicely out of it, but she also had to include “sexy” photos of her, and do some weird stuff like stamping on mashed potatoes…

The only way you'll find out what your feet are "worth @Peggybear is to sell pictures of them, or share them for free (shudder) with an aficionado.

Sorry. I mean, what more did you want people to say?

Annascaul · 21/03/2025 15:57

Why do you think photos of your feet are such a desirable commodity?

I used to work in a high street clothes shop that had a shoe department. The number of men who asked me to try on high heels for them, is well in to double figures. There are all kinds of weirdos out there!

It's a saturated market now. If you think you're going to make decent money don't hold your breath.

ItGhoul · 21/03/2025 16:09

If you want to sell pictures of your feet, you'd have to be prepared for them to be more than just, you know, pictures of your feet. Someone with a foot fetish has access to millions of free feet pictures online so to make it worth their while buying yours, you'd probably need to be prepared to interact and engage in chat with buyers and probably take pictures and videos doing stuff they specifically requested. You'd also need to be prepared to buy different types of shoes, tights and all that malarkey, including ones you'd probably never actually want to wear for any other purpose.

Serious answer here - assuming not some kind of perv wanting to talk about feet.

Many years ago I modelled my feet. I used to be the foot in adverts, on the packaging for shoes, tights etc. I am a size 3 (they wanted small dainty feet) nice well shaped calves, ankles etc, feet a good shape, nicely spaced toes of an even size, no hard skin, bunions etc.

This was 40 years ago when I was also acting. Must confess I saw my feet on M&S tights boxes up until about 10 years ago. Regretfully I only got paid a one-off fee for each photo session. Unlike my acting when I was still getting royalties for stuff that I'd done until a couple of years ago.
