I am only posting on here as it seems to be the most read forum.
I am extremely proud of myself today. I am 37 and have two kids who I raised as a single parent for most of their life. I had my first when I was 18, dropped out of my Uni place etc and just survived.
I recently just finished some lengthy project management/ Health and safety courses which were paid for by work thankfully (after I have worked my way up from receptionist to where I am now) and have just won my company along with one other colleague a million pound tender contract. I am beaming.
One of my sons this week passed a major exam meaning he will be well on his way to his chosen career path and landed a work placement to do so.
The other has yesterday passed his driving test which means he can also embark on his apprenticeship he has been offered as driving was one of the criteria.
I am so proud of all of us and wondered if anyone else wanted to share some positive things going on which they are proud of their kids or families or friends or whatever!!!
