Hi. I wondered if anyone can share their experience of the recovery/ healing process please? I am three days post surgery. I had what I think was a relatively wide skin tag removed, wound left open. I'm not finding the pain too bad but am concerned with how my wound is healing. I found the discharge advice very vague, particularly around cleaning the wound. So far i am using wet wipes every time I go to the bathroom, and I find the wound is bleeding every time- even after a wee. I assume this is normal? The fact I am not in extreme pain means I don't think it is infected but I just don't see it getting any better, there is a fair bit of blood each time I pass urine, and more so with a number two. I really need to go back to work, physically am fully capable but concerned about the bathroom logistics and it would be great to hear how long until people have resumed to normal? Thanks in advance
